The First Amendment will be utilized, enacted and upheld! Opinions are just that opinions!

Humor is ALWAYS required when dealing with those who are under the misguided impression that they are "Above" everyone else.

If they don't like disclosure and transparency, then they can get out of public office you work for US. WE are YOUR employer, do your job or we will take you to task.

Out of the MANY fucked up decisions enacted by PUKE, the hiring of Stephanie Mullen aka Summer Camp Barbie was the most EGREGIOUS!

1. This position is CLEARLY defined by statute:

NRS 703.130  Personnel and consultants; Executive Director; Secretary and Assistant Secretary; hearing officers.

      1.  The Commission shall, within the limits of legislative appropriations or authorizations, employ and fix the salaries of or contract for the services of such professional, technical and operational personnel and consultants as the execution of its duties and the operation of the Commission may require.

      2.  The Commission shall appoint an Executive Director, who must be:

      (a) Knowledgeable and experienced in public administration and fiscal management;

      (b) Knowledgeable in the areas of utility regulation by the Commission; and

      (c) Independent of and have no pecuniary interest in any entity regulated by the Commission.

So what do we have that is supposedly QUALIFIED and FITTING statute, a SUMMER CAMP hire: here's her resume!

Apparently, the Peter Principle is being enacted with this STELLAR employee!

The Peter Principle is an observation that the tendency in most organizational hierarchies, such as that of a corporation, is for every employee to rise in the hierarchy through promotion until they reach the levels of their respective incompetence.
