SO, one has to WONDER why our very own RINO BriBri Sandoval didn’t feel Noble was WORTHY of Commission REAPPOINTMENT, but places him here!

SO is Noble being GROOMED by BRYLCREAM SANDOVAL to move up to Director and Angie going to become the 3^rd PUKE Commissioner?

This would give PUKE, THREE people who are indebted to Lil BriBri and will graciously do his bidding at the expense/burden of ratepayers. So that ASSHOLE SANDOVAL can claim he is so GREEN MINDED to acquire a new position come January 2019, when he is FINALLY out of the Governor’s Mansion!

For Information Technology (IT) services, PUCN requested $548,137 for the biennium, which would be used to continue to make upgrades and replace hardware in accordance with the statewide replacement schedule. This figure, she stated, was consistent with prior years...According to Ms. Mullen, computer replacements followed the five-year rule. There were a total of 23 computers and 4 laptops that would all hit the five-year mark in fiscal year (FY) 2018. She continued to explain that 26 computers and 13 laptops would hit the five-year mark in FY 2019. Additionally, she stated that various servers and printers were subject to wear and tear, but this equipment was also on a replacement schedule. She explained that the total decision unit for FY 2018 and FY 2019 was $208,263, and in accordance with budget instructions, agencies could use a five-year average for replacing equipment under $1,000. Her request included small office equipment under $1,000 that made up the bulk of the request.
