WHAT WOULD YOU EXPECT FROM A FUCKING, DUMBASS LIKE BARBIE, HEAD OF HR, AND PROMOTING UNQUALIFIED/INCOMPETENT PEOPLE...LOOK WHAT SHE IS USING AS A BAROMETER... HERSELF!!!! PETER PRINCIPLE AT ITS FINEST!!! June 28, 2017: As USUAL the EVER HYPER-VIGILANT General Counsel's Office, FUCKED UP! Their JOB is to REVIEW DRAFT ORDERS! Since they STOPPED implementing the Buck Slip, where you can see who drafted the order and who from the GC'S REVIEWED it for ACCURACY/COMPLIANCE, their INCOMPETENCE is no longer OPEN & TRANSPARENT! So today at the agenda meeting, Joey Baby REMOVED the Deposit Docket. Comments were still made, so they would be on the record. Why it was pulled is unknown. From a ratepayer's SIMPLE DUE DILIGENCE of this Draft Order, apparently they MISSED a fuck up! Page 20/25, Section C Equifax, first paragraph. 'All new customers with an Equifax Score of 890 or above are exempted from paying a deposit, all new customers with an Equifax Score of 890 or above are subject to paying a deposit.'You can’t have greater than 890 credit score to be both exempt and require deposit, this needs to be corrected to reflect at what point a deposit is required. No due diligence from the GC’s office for accuracy?! So as USUAL, MAMA JOEY, when CONFRONTED with FACTS/NOTIFICATION, is trying to PROTECT his flock that FUCKED UP, by, making a comment, he appreciates their work...WHAT THE FUCK! ITS IN BLACK & WHITE, ITS FILE STAMPED, AND HE STILL REFUSES TO SEE THE ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM! Here's where it get even BETTER! Not ONCE BUT TWICE on June 27th, they listed this Draft Order under supporting materials, filed once at 8:06am and once at 4:38pm and they STILL DIDN'T do their DUE DILIGENCE and find this OBVIOUS MISTAKE!
