October 9, 2017: Now, we FUND all of PUKE'S BULLSHIT trips, under the guise of NARUC Meetings, educational seminars etc! We have Barbie's travel expenses for the July trip to San Diego and what an eye-opening bunch of BULLSHIT!

Back in either January or February during one of my DIALOGUES with Garret Baby about travel expenses, he informed me that EVERYONE GETS THEIR OWN ROOM!

So why did BARBIE request TWO DOUBLE BEDS with her reservation and why were there TWO PEOPLE REGISTERED TO HER ROOM? Here are her travel records, obtained via an open records request.

July 16th: $72.12 and $35.39...Yeah, RIGHT, she pigged out on over $100 worth of food? Its pretty certain she paid for whoever shared her room!

July 17th: Harbor's Edge $66.03, then TWO bar tabs most likely for $13 and $14. Now, after CAREFUL observation these bar tabs the receipt numbers are ONLY a DIFFERENCE of THREE 51431 and 51434. Is she A DRINKER? In a hotel with a major conference only THREE other people ordered a drink? DOUBTFUL! So WHO DID SHE PAY FOR?

July 18th: Room service again for $60.44! THIS IS VERY TELLING, AS SHE CHECKED OUT ON THE 18TH, AND HER FLIGHT WAS SCHEDULED TO DEPART AT 6:05PM, ACCORDING TO SOUTHWEST AIRLINES, CHECK IN TIME, FOR DOMESTIC FLIGHTS IS 90 MINUTES! There is a note on the reservation of a LATE CHECK OUT of 4pm, Page 10/43.

So, what, she STUFFS HER FACE WITH OVER SIXTY FUCKING DOLLARS FOR A MEAL?

What is IMPORTANT to note, is that Barbie USED TO LIVE IN SAN DIEGO...so, did she invite a friend from there, to stay with her, on SOMEONE ELSE'S DIME? Did she bring her boyfriend for a free weekend in San Diego, as he came from there also? As she KEEPS ALL HER FREQUENT FLYER MILES, so, did she USE THEM FOR HIS TICKET? We as RATEPAYERS, are paying for all of this. WE HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW WHO SHE IS COMPING ON OUR MILL TAX!

ALL OF THIS CONFIRMS, THAT SHE FUCKING PLAYED HOSTESS FOR SOMEONE, WHO PUKE IS COVERING UP FOR!

October 10, 2017: Pursuant to a FOIA request, there is now, IRREFUTABLE PROOF that PUKE is screwing with submissions to them. On September 12th, THREE ratepayers submitted comments during the annual consumer session. One commenter is ON THE RECORD requesting that their comments be appended to both the transcript to the LCB and into the docket. The production of documents from PUKE shows that they NEVER DATED OR TIME STAMPED these comments. Nor were they entered into the relevant docket.

This is a CONCERTEDLY and DECEPTIVE action on their part, to 'some how', not having a record of when they were received. They ALWAYS during agenda meetings, date and time stamp comments submitted. Case in point, look at the minutes from September 13th, notice the time stamp of 10:58 and 10:59, September 13, 2017. DATED AND TIMED STAMPED THE SAME DAY AS RECEIVED! I REST MY CASE!

WHY THE DEVIATION? OHHHHHHH, let me VENTURE to guess...this is their fucking bullshit way of using NAC 703.115 or 704.0097, DEVIATING IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST! NO IT'S USING IT TO COVER YOUR ASSES, IN AN OFFICIAL RECORD TO THE LCB, PROVING THAT YOU ARE WORTHLESS, UNTRUSTWORTHY, INCOMPETENT, ETC!

October 11, 2017: NEVER DOUBT the truth and accuracy of PUCN WATCHDOGS! On September 24th, it was reported that Bouncing Brucie went on the record on at the September 13th agenda meeting, he was going to ask 'WHY'. In the minutes from the September 13th agenda meeting, that statement has now been both verified and memorialized, I quote from page 3/8: "Commissioner Breslow commented that he is  going to want to know 'why' and including a paragraph of explanation as to the 'why' in the summary reports would be very helpful as well as be more transparent to the public'.

There you have it, he NEEDS TO KNOW WHY! WHY? Because you know fucking jack shit, are unqualified and another INCOMPETENT SHILL of Shitoval's sucking at the public teat!

Today was an agenda meeting and we have PAPA JOEY protecting his lil INCOMPETENT HOWIE, during docket presentations, by having presentations apparently dumbed down, so even Howie could SEMI-COMPREHEND them! It was so obvious that Papa was asking the most SOPHOMORIC questions, to have the presiding officer explain it to Howie Baby.

Either my monitor was off, or Howie was seen on numerous occasions babbling to himself. The deer in the headlights stare was there for all to see.

Papa asks Howie if he has any questions on a docket, Howie says no, but, alerts Papa he has them for the next docket.

October 12, 2017: So glad I dragged my ass down to PUKE today. As it was the INAUGURAL public appearance of Bruce “Howard Cosell” Breslow, presiding over a Pre-Conference Hearing! He reaffirmed what the public thinks, that Howie Baby, needs to go back to the radio and blabber on about sports, not utility issues.

He comes out with, NOT ONE but TWO Admin Attorneys flanking him. Who both collectively, know LESS than the RETURNING former Admin Attorney, Roman Borisov, who is now an Ass’t General Counsel.

Given the fact, that Howie can barely spell utility, you would think Papa Joey, would send him into the lion’s den, with the most knowledgeable people to assist him!

Howie thinking that he is still a sportscaster and requires ‘jokes’, he goes on the record, that he informed the 2 Admin Attorney to punch him if he needs it.

As a dedicated Nevadan, I whole-heartedly volunteer to punch Howie, when he makes mistakes etc. Its as PUKE calls it: IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST!!

October 13, 2017: So Bloviating Joey, Howie and Boy Toy Weir took MORE time off and SPENDING money to attend the energy summit? What ONE of them couldn't go and report during an agenda meeting? OF COURSE NOT! Joey and Weir needed a FREE TRIP to visit friends and family in Vegas on the ratepayers dime!
