The following starts on page 6/22! 2, 3 and 4A are completely unnecessary, if the fucking BRAIN DEAD ratepayers haven’t figured out energy efficiency by this point in time they never will and no more fucking costs should be allocated to this. A MOTHER FUCKING annual INCREASE of $100,000/year, for fucking ENERGY KITS? Let them go back and inhale the emissions from the remaining coal fire plant, while bathing in the EMF/RF from their smart meters!! 2C/4C(i) No more ratepayers funding for people to have light bulbs! A MOTHER FUCKING annual INCREASE of $100,000/year, for fucking LIGHT BULBS? In 2016 the LED program was killed, then the investigatory Docket 17-02011 was initiated and it is still FUCKING open! Here’s the FULL MOTHER FUCKING activity on this docket…do you fucking see any FUCKING DRAFT ORDER or ANY FUCKING activity since MAY 5, 2017? Of course NOT! SO how the fuck can they incorporate FREE LIGHT BULBS if the related fucking docket is STILL FUCKING PENDING? By approving 4C(i), it automatically asserts that FUCKING 17-02011 was approved, which is FUCKING erroneous! The NVE FOUNDATION donates a substantial amount of money to United Way’s Reach Program to help seniors et al, so that agency should be the ones to disburse the light bulbs, not on all the other ratepayers backs. If NVE wants to give them to low income ratepayers, they can create a program thru either UNITED WAY or another non-profit via the NVE Foundation. Additionally, during 17-02011, NVE wanted a OVER PRICED LED bulb to be associated with the program, when the damn 99 Cent Store has them for $1.99 with over 20,000 hours. FUCK THIS! 4B Pools are an elective addition to a home and therefore, all costs should be borne by those who had them installed, ESPECIALLY FUCKING POOL PUMPS!. This is ABSOLUTELY no different than those who elected to opt out of the s’meters and are bearing the full costs of their choice, so should the fucking pool owners. 4 D&E are two more programs that are not benefiting the majority of their customers. All these programs are just more FUCKING ‘fluff’ to increase rates under the guise of efficiency. 4E- Joint funding with LVVWD and SW Gonif? Given the UNIMPRESSIVE performance of Gonif’s over the solar heaters, now shower heads? WHAT THE FUCK…NOW, NVE IS GETTING INTO THE PLUMBING SUPPLY BUSINESS? At what point do all these excess revenue sources under energy efficiency end? These fucking bullshit programs for renewable/energy efficiency is COSTING ratepayers over 155 FUCKING MILLION! WILL THESE RATEPAYER SUBSIDIZED PROGRAMS BE PART OF COMPANIES COMING IN, IF ECI PASSES? October 29, 2018: Time to play catch up on the shenanigans of PUKE and 'problem' dockets.
