July 9, 2018: Seems that PUKE is looking for an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT for the Reg Ops Department. You just need to READ the duties and QUALIFICATIONS for this position, then look at who had this position previously! Case in point, Mahin Quintero, sometime between 10/13/2016 to 2/28/2017 she went from EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to Operations Analyst Supervisor/Railway Specialist. Only in the fairy tale world of PUKE do they elevate a secretary, oops, I mean EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to become a RAILWAY SUPERVISOR! In the REAL world, in order to be a supervisor, you HAVE/NEED to be able to do EVERY JOB of those you are supervising! Absolutely amazing...Peter Principle at its finest! July 11, 2018: Seems that they are looking to hire another Policy Advisor, wonder who is leaving up north. July 19, 2018: Guinn Center releases their independent report on Energy Choice Question 3. They didn't recommend either yes or no, but the report speaks for itself, its a BAD IDEA! New policy advisor John Vinski shows up.
